Biography

I am an active Music Business professional with experiences at Warner Music Group and Sony Music Publishing. Outside of my 9 to 5 supporting musicians from the background, I love to sing. I have sung since I was five, studied classical singing, actively performed in musical theater in middle school and high school, and continued as a content creator. At the University of Washington, I studied private non-major vocal and graduated with a Minor in Music.

My recent creative projects are related to singing and songwriting. I received my first songwriting deal from My Music Records Indonesia in 2018. Starting in 2023, I have also released personal projects in the form of original songs. In my pursuit of a Master in Music Business degree from New York University (May 2024 graduation), I learned further through my private composition lessons from the songwriting program.

My favorite music genre is musical theater and jazz, with My Fair Lady (1965) as my all-time favorite movie musical and cast album. I listen to Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington, Tony Bennet, Frank Sinatra, and more for jazz. On a more contemporary note, I love R&B and pop. My top contemporary artists include Beyonce, Ariana Grande, Bruno Major, Laufey, Mayer Hawthorne and more.

Every week, I try to attend at least one show, whether a Broadway musical, a play, renowned musicians, or local artists (including my friends). As an industry professional, I am open to all genres, including visits to heavy metal live concerts like Lamb Of God, and stay updated with today’s top hits.
