Jason Mark Liebson

Jason Mark Liebson

Biography

Jason Liebson is a collaborative artist focusing on music in theatrical contexts.  As a music director he has led bands and orchestras with baton (Sweeney Todd, Mozart Symphony 31 – Chapman University) and from the piano (The Chance Theater, Musical Theatre West, Gallery Players, and Sarah Lawrence College).  He has played in the pit for shows at Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Ogunquit Playhouse, Dixon Place, The Palace Theater (NH), and Meadow Brook Theater among others.  He is an avid enthusiast of the toy piano, accordion, melodica, and other non-pianoforte keyboard instruments.  Having received training in dance, acting, and stagecraft, Jason’s skills shine when put into artistically diverse environments.
