Emmanuel “Manny” Scott is a NYC based educator and musician originally from Atlanta, Georgia. His musical journey began in 5th grade where he joined his elementary school band and has since blossomed into a productive career. Throughout middle and high school, Manny was a top performer in his music programs and also made many district honor bands and became a member of both the Atlanta Youth Wind Symphony and the Emory Youth Symphony Orchestra. In college, while earning his bachelor’s degree in music education at Tennessee State University, Manny was a part of the Grammy Award Winning TSU Aristocrat of Bands where he served as a Percussionist and Head Drum Major.
