Zsa Zsa Jenkins

Music Director | Orchestra Director | Pianist | Organist | Music Arranger & Composer | Music Educator | Founder & CEO of Queen ZsaZsa Productions LLC

Music is more than a profession for me—it is my lifelong passion, purpose, and calling. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, I come from a family of musicians and began studying piano at the age of three. Since then, music has shaped every stage of my personal and professional journey.

With more than 20 years of experience as a musician, educator, conductor, music director, arranger, composer, and entrepreneur, I have built a diverse career spanning live performance, orchestral leadership, church music ministry, music education, program development, and artist mentorship. Throughout my career, I have served as a Music Director for multiple churches, accompanied numerous gospel artists, directed orchestras for over 10 years, arranged music for ensembles and worship teams, and composed original works for various musical settings.

My experience includes leading choirs and orchestras, teaching and rehearsing musicians, coordinating worship and performance productions, managing audio and technical needs, and providing professional piano and organ accompaniment for services, concerts, and special events.

I earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas with concentrations in Music, Sociology, and Public Administration. I later became a certified Texas Music Educator for grades K–12 and taught elementary music in the Dallas Independent School District for six years. My professional experience includes developing and growing music programs, directing choirs and orchestras, teaching piano and music theory, arranging music, composing original works, and creating engaging learning experiences for students of all ages.

Throughout my career, I have taught in a variety of settings, including private studios, community music schools, private school enrichment programs, class piano programs, early childhood music classes, and summer arts camps. I have extensive experience working with youth and families and am passionate about nurturing creativity, confidence, and musical excellence in every student. To further expand my expertise, I also pursued studies in Recording Arts at Full Sail University.

Today, I am the Founder and CEO of Queen ZsaZsa Productions LLC, where I provide private piano and string instruction, music education services, music arranging, composition, mentorship, and creative development opportunities for aspiring musicians. I also serve as Music Director at Mt. Rose Baptist Church in Baytown, Texas, where I play organ, lead the music ministry, and continue building and strengthening the church’s music department.

As a performer, educator, conductor, arranger, composer, and leader, my mission is to inspire, equip, and empower others through music. My long-term vision is to expand Queen ZsaZsa Productions LLC globally through virtual education, artist development, music production, composition, and creative training opportunities. I also aspire to work as a Music Supervisor for television and film, and traveling/studio musician helping to bring powerful stories to life through music.
