Biography
Vince Marie Cuison (she/her) is a Filipino American composer, lyricist, playwright, director, and singer based in the NYC/Tri-State area and Northern California. She graduated with a B.A. in Music from the University of California, Berkeley (UC Berkeley) in 2021 with a focus in Composition. Her credits include: UC Berkeley’s Pilipinx Cultural Night 2018: “Umaalab” (Co-Choir Director), UC Berkeley’s Pilipinx Cultural Night 2019: “Malaya” (Co-Writer), Stories High XIX: Missed Connection for Bindlestiff Studio (Director), Inay’s Wedding Dress for ARC Repertory Theater (Director), and Driven for Theatre Rhinoceros (Assistant Director). In 2019, she co-founded and was co-producer of ARC Repertory Theater, a theater organization at UC Berkeley dedicated to telling Asian/Asian American stories through theater and the performing arts. She currently resides in Queens, NY.
