Job Description

The Lucille Lortel Theatre is seeking composers to submit a song for the In Memoriam section of the 2021 Lucille Lortel Awards, which will be virtual and prerecorded. The song should be reverential as well as uplifting (below are links to previous years for guidance on tone), fully produced, and 4:30 - 5:00 minutes in length. The song can be new or existing, instrumental or include lyrics/vocalist.

A $500 one-time fee is included. Non-exclusive, in perpetuity rights are required. Women, BIPOC, and early career composers are strongly encouraged to apply. Deadline is March 29.
